About Rachel
Rachel is a New York based photographer who's passions include travel, writing, photographing and reading. She graduated from Manhattanville College in 2015 with a bachelors degree in Digital Media Production.
Her long term goals are to use photography to create large scale projects which shed light on issues people face across the globe. Some issues will include mental health, sexual assault, human rights and more. She created a mental health series, "Beauty in Personality Disorders," in which she depicts her own visual ideas about various mental illnesses. "Wrapped in Fire" is also a project that focus's on mental health.
Rachel's professional experiences in photography include part-time jobs, internships, volunteer and commissioned work, as well as personal projects focused on concept photography.
